- must perform exercise as demonstrated in original video
- must perform on a race track
- must start behind the 100-meter start line
- must end with entire body crossing 100-meter finish line
- must maintain a plank for duration of attempt
- must perform consecutive reps
- must keep legs straight and together on every rep
- must hop on every rep
- must reach one arm out with other arm close to body to perform a push-up
- may not stick hips up
- must provide video evidence

      I believe I counted 185 total pushups. Thank you, it was very intense - I rank it as one of my most intense records that I set for 2012.
