About

Bangor, Northern Ireland / April 16, 2026

58-year-old BMX rider Martin Tuson of Bangor, Northern Ireland, stacked 148 consecutive inverted-grip front hops in an empty church car park on a windy afternoon — bars rotated palms-up, body balanced squarely on the front wheel, hop after hop logged without stepping off. Martin set the benchmark for over-50 riders working the discipline, putting the Bangor Elim Church parking lot on the RecordSetter map in the process.
