Doug McManaman balanced a glass of water on top of a pole measuring 10 feet, 2 inches for 16.10 seconds. The pole was balanced on his chin throughout the attempt.

- glass of water must be at least 3/4 full
- pole must be at least 10 feet long
- must use a ladder at least eight feet tall to put glass on pole
- glass must be taken off pole at the end of attempt; if glass tumbles, attempt will be denied
- pole must balance on chin
- must balance on a concrete floor
- must observe RecordSetter balancing criteria

    Yes i see that looks like balance started at 249 or 250 also criteria should include must be put on pole off 8 ft. ladder and must be taken off pole after the balance. must do this with no help.
