Speed World Records  

Oscar Smit touched his chest and lap 375 times in 30 seconds.

This record was set as part of Prius Records, a two-day event streamed live on the Internet. In a 48-hour period, URDB officials adjudicated 200 Prius-related world records. This was the most records ever documented in a 48-hour window, a world record in and of itself. The event took place in Los Angeles, California on March 30th and 31st, 2011. Vinod K. touched his tongue to his nose 161 times in one minute.

Peter Craig locked and unlocked his iPod Touch 67 times in one minute.

Dave Bettenunscrewed the cap off his plasticbottle 56 times while listening to the theme song fromPerfect Strangers.

Brian Jay walked through a gate and latched it 12 times in 30 seconds a new world record. He passed throught the gate 13 times, but failed to make a complete latch once. Jay set the record on June 28, 2009 in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Justin Kay was present as a witness.

Jacob B. whistled "Happy Birthday" 19 times in one minute.

3rd Floor Spruce put on 14 t-shirts in 30 seconds.

Jamie Matter put on 25 t-shirts in one minute. The last t-shirt put on fell outside the time limit and wasn't counted in the final tally.

Eliza N. drank 15 different beverages in 30 seconds.

Mamrie Hart consumed an entire veggie corndog while dancing the zombie voiceover section of Michael Jackson’s ’Thriller’. Mamrie set the record at a World Record Appreciation Society event held at Joe’s Pub in New York City. Dan Rollman and Corey Henderson were present as witnesses. #WRAS17

John Nelson and Russell DeCaprio tossed a water balloon over a 2010 Ford Fusion 73 times in one minute. Nelson and DeCaprio set the record as part of Fusion 41, a World Record Challenge created by the Ford Motor Company.

JJ and 18 other wheelchair softball players rounded the bases in 45 seconds. They set the record during a wheelchair softball challenge at Gage Park Accessible Diamond in Topeka, Kansas to spread awareness and encourage participation in wheelchair sports. Read more about it here.
