Hunter Duncan and Guy Harper high fived 113 times while a crowd recited the Pledge of Allegiance, a new world record. This patriotic feat took place at a World Record Appreciation Society[] gathering in New York City on March 25, 2009. Dan Rollman and Corey Henderson were on hand to document the record and count the high fives.

Quinn A. created eight cracker people in one minute.

Malachy Quinn displays physical agility and yo-yo mastery while setting a new world record for most revolutions while doing the splits. Quinn performed 122 consecutive revolutions. The record was set on August 9, 2008 at the International Yo-Yo Open in New York City. Quinn used a YoYoFactory eight8eight yo-yo and HighLights Type6 yo-yo string. Witnesses were Talia Ledner and Colin Nissan. #RecordSetterBook01

Jacob Fowler blew a bubble using 12 pieces of Bazooka bubble gum, a new world record. He achieved the feat live on-air during the KLPX Wake-Up Call on May 20, 2008. The record was set in Tuscon, Arizona, with Scott Barnett present as a witness.

Vernon Frenzel rhymed 46 words with “Stride” in 15 seconds. Stride’s setting 100 records in 100 days. At the end of 100 days, we’ll verify if you are the standing Record Holder. If you are, you’ll get $500 for each record you managed to hold with your guile, talent, and sheer will. General caution and common sense required. Lola Vescovo shook her booty 92 times in one minute, a new world record. Each booty shake was measured as “one shake of the booty back and forth to its original position.” Vescovo shook it on April 4, 2009 at the first annual Brooklyn World Record Day in Brooklyn, New York. The event was held by URDB in conjunction with Beam Camp. Corey Henderson and Dan Rollman were present to witness the feat. #BWRD01

Twitter users around the world sent a total of 224 tweets to Bena Roberts in a 24-hour period, wishing her good thoughts in her battle against cancer. Roberts, who is fighting breast cancer, had no idea the tweets were coming. The record was kicked off during a speech by URDB president Dan Rollman at the 2011 Next Conference in Berlin, Germany.
