On November 24, 2010, Lorna Larsen, president of Team Shan, presented to 450 students at the University of Western Ontario. Following the lecture, she inspired the entire room to say, “Team Shan Breast Cancer Awareness for Young Women” at the same time.

831 videos were shot at The Open Video Conference’s dance party, a new world record.The party took place in New York City on October 1, 2010. URDB officials Evan Altshuler and Emily Miethner were present to oversee the feat. Verisign.tv sponsored the event. Participants submitted videos in three different ways: Uploaded videos to a social network and tagged them with #dottvparty. Uploaded videos to openvideoconference.org. Downloaded ecaster.tv mobile app and uploaded videos to openvideo.tv.

Seven people in Robert Brunson’sESL class said “Beat cancer” in Chinese at once.

Ilana Glazer slapped 100 butts in two minutes. She slapped 101 people, but accidentally hit one person on his back, not his butt. Glazerset the record at a World Record Appreciation Society event held at Joe’s Pub in New York City. Dan Rollman and Corey Henderson were present as witnesses. #WRAS18
