Over two straight years of living in New York City, Cathy Erway ate out at restaurants only 12 times. Frustrated with restaurant culture and living on a limited budget, she made a pact with herself to prepare her meals at home. BBQ legend Clint Cantwell built a s’more from scratch that was 10.2" in height. Cantwell used graham crackers, Hershey’s chocolate and a combination of marshmallows and marshmallow fluff to assemble it, and a small blowtorch to heat the ingredients. He dictated it had to stand alone without any support or assistance in order for the record to count. Nichelle Stephens and Rachel Kramer Bussel of Cupcakes Take The Cake[] and Nora Vetter of Nibbles by Nora assembled a cupcake kebab[] that measured 33.5 inches in length. Vetter, who invented the concept and baked the cupcakes they used, stipulated at least 1/3 of the kebab be made of cupcakes. Cynthia Kueppers and Dave Bredesen built a carrot cake 18" in height, a new world record. When complete, the cake had 21 layers. The duo built the oversized dessert on May 20, 2009 at a World Record Appreciation Society[] event in New York City. When they were finished creating it, hungry audience members ate the entire thing. Gregg, Alexander, Eliana, Max, Tucker, Estelle, Warren, Bennett, Briggs, Thatcher, Keegan, Owen, Barrett, and Kellen had a marshmallow roasting stick that measures 129.5 inches.

JK's friend Michael threw a banana a distance of 205 feet (2,460 inches). He set the record at Belleville West High School race track in Belleville, Illinois.

Adam C. took a bite from an apple that measured 2.90 inches in width.

Naythen Wilson threw a bag of frozen turkey bones 53 feet and four inches (16.26 meters).

Benjamin DeRose and Van Fettig made a Twizzlers necklace measuring 239 inches in length.

David Dargay threw an empty pack of Little Bites a distance of 66 feet, 6 inches (798 inches.)

Sam Stilson of The Record Collection spent 4 hours, 59 minutes, and 21 seconds inside of a paper bag. He set the world record to raise money and awareness during the Lunch Money Day charity event.

This record was set as part of Toyota Prius Records, a two-day event streamed live on the Internet. In a 48-hour period, URDB officials adjudicated 200 Prius-related world records. This was the most records ever documented in a 48-hour window, a world record in and of itself. The event took place in Los Angeles, California on March 30th and 31st, 2011. Barry Rosenberg juggled three one-ounce bags of JetBlue cashews nonstop for one minute, 21.65 seconds. Rosenberg performed the feat on Thursday June 10, 2010 at the JetBlue ‘Nonstop Nonstops’ World Record Event in Boston’s Copley Square, held in collaboration withRecordSetter. #JB01

Todd Lamb vacuumed a pound of Domino sugar in one minute, 5.25 seconds. He used two 4.8-volt Black and Decker Dustbusters to achieve the feat.
