Sorry, this current record does not break the original record. The original record was having condition of "standing on someone's shoulders" and not "riding". It has been changed by the administrators, which should not be. It is called cheating. If somebody wants to create a new record by "riding", it may be accepted. But simply to break an existing record by way of changing the rules/conditions as per candidate's choice can not be permitted.
