Just so you guys know the REAL World Record is 119 Dips in one minute by Stephen Butler. I really don't understand why this sites claiming these records that are way lower than Guinness...

Guiness World Record for dips doesn't follow strict form rules. This record category is for one minute of strict form dips where arms BREAK parallel and then return to full extension on steel bars. There are different dip records out there for just coming to 90 degrees and not going into full extension and using a shorter height for dips and flexible bars for dips.

The parallel bar dip was 200 years old last year. Great execution and a better exercise on outdoor bars in a natural environment. I'm not a fan of regularly locking elbows but she's the best in the world
