Thanks! Yes, this was my first world record that I set with Alternative Book of Records on Feb 21, 2008, where I did 75. I picked this exercise to kick off my record setting career as it is very taxing on smaller muscles (alterior delts when breaking 90 degrees and then triceps (lateral, medial, and long head of tricep for other motions). I want to take them till failure and feel burn and that is what happens. It's great test in mental toughness and physical strength/endurance.

Way to go! Very tough! I read where this was your very first record you set. How did you come up with this as your first to begin your record setting career?
