Hanzala Nazir of Faisalabad, Pakistan, was 16 when Oxford Home Study Centre awarded him its Advanced Diploma in Child Psychology (QLS Level 5), a self-paced online course rated at 60 CPD hours, on August 1, 2026. In the video he stands in front of the shelves of his book collection holding the framed diploma, which shows his name, the course title, the CPD hours and the award date, and says he earned it at 16. RecordSetter read the diploma's certificate number and date in the footage and in the PDF copy he had already sent, and took his age from the date of birth he supplied. Not many people study child psychology while still a teenager themselves.
