About

Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan / September 9, 2026

Hanzala Nazir of Faisalabad, Pakistan, was 16 when the UK online course provider Training Express awarded him its Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care, a self-paced course on leading care teams, safeguarding and patient care with a multiple-choice final exam, on September 9, 2026. In the video he stands in front of the shelves of his book collection holding the framed diploma, which shows his name and the course title, and says he earned it at 16. RecordSetter matched the diploma to the certificate file Training Express hosts on its own website, which shows his name and the award date, and took his age from the date of birth he supplied. It is never too early to learn how to look after people.
