About

Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan / November 4, 2026

Hanzala Nazir goes through the oldest part of his Urdu magazine collection on the floor of his home in Faisalabad, Pakistan, turning each issue cover up and reading out the date printed on it. The 48 issues date from 1969 to 1999, among them a weekly from September 9, 1983 and a pink-covered weekly from October 1969. Added to the 162 later issues he showed cover by cover in another video, they bring his collection's verified total to 210. The oldest cover here has been around for more than half a century.
