Michael John Heagerty, of Played Out! Syracuse, led 25 people in forming an urban conga line parallel to a creek.

Played Out! Syracuse is based on the mantra "The city that plays together, stays together." They set the record to encourage neighborhoods in the city of Syracuse to allow children of all ages to play in the streets during their pop-up event series.
