    Hi guys,

Thanks for weighing in. Soy sauce is definitely different than ketchup, I think we've all agreed that, so my record stands. Until someone breaks it!

  • Canada Doug McManaman

If I might comment on this Record the info reads Emily Miethner stacked nine soy sauce packets on top of each other The info for my record says Doug Mcmanaman built a tower using 22 ketchup packets so the only way it could be the same record is if it did not say what were in the packets. so it looks like 2 similar but different records . hope this helps thanks.

So?! Who's going to beat me!?

While I agree packets are packets, lets also divulge deeper here shall we? Soy Sauce is straight liquid and a little more difficult to balance due to the always shifting of the liquid itself. Ketchup has a bit more thickness and is less likely to shift around more than a watery liquid.

So in all fairness, Mr. Panky, this record should stand, as well as McManaman having his own Ketchup packet record. Theres a fine line in this stacking and it all boils down to the item INSIDE.

agreed, liquids have different densities and I think that somehow, that adds to the difficulty of the category

this whole site has become a popularity contest more than just raw talent alone - Doug Mcmanaman beat this record already doing 22 ketchup packets ( soy sauce, mustard, mayonaise - packets are packets give the record over to Mr. Mcmanaman on all fairness

I feel that this should be in the same category as ketchup packet records which is held by Doug Mcmanaman at 22 & should oversee this record - ketchup, mustard, mayonaise, relish packets should be in the same category. this is just my opinion God bless everyone - http://rec.st/HLk
