Rules

- must use a yo-yo trick known as "loop-the-loop"
- yo-yo must contact target placed on someone's ear
- target must be placed flat and horizontally on top of ear
- target must fall upon connection with yo-yo
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
