relentlessfreedom3715 on youtube Has been posting negative comments about this record and uploaded a challenge to it on YouTube where I believe the following breaches of the rules have been made: 1) Heels are facing up rather than facing eachother. 2) Arms are not extended matching my form at the elbow. 3) Arms touch the ground if counted as the surface the exercise is being performed from or arms deviate from form of world record where the arms are straight forward. Deviations from rule on Form: In the challenge the neck is not sufficiently extended/ hyperextended so doesn't match the form of current world record. The same for the back with bottom appearing above shoulder blades so insufficient retraction of shoulder blades. Face looks down rather than forward. Foot positioning is wrong in challenge. The Frog part of the exercise name was taken from the foot positioning of the frog pump by Bret Contreras only inverted with heels and balls of foot pressing against eachother. In the attempt the feet are apart facing upward with perhaps some contact. The only part of the youtube challenge that appears to comply with the rules if the World Record above is that the legs are bent.
