Brian, where did you get the bands? I have small rubber bands and held it for 20 seconds because it breaks easily. It seems like the band is strong.

I feel I could do this for like a year...I am trying it when I get to the gym today

I understand what Derrick was saying finger direction changes everything maybe there should be a separate record of Derrick's with his new criteria & also where the weight strap should be placed I placed at the tip of my finger but if I placed it closer to the center of my finger it would be to easy. I could easily go 5 minutes longer if the weight was at the center of my finger instead of the tip which puts more strain on your finger so the criteria should state the strap with the weight on it should be at the tip of your finger

Well hold on, there is no rule about the direction of the finger...

He need to turn his finger around. That more doing reverse style. That way to easy the way he doing it.So, I feel this record isn't complete the way it suppose to be.

Not my pinky finger I used but my index finger.Just clearing things up.It still a test of finger strength
