Alicia Weber performed 24 consecutive thick bar L chin-ups.

- must use a straight steel bar at least six inches in circumference
- must measure bar circumference in the video
- a rep must be completed in six seconds or less
- must use palm-toward-you grip for duration of attempt
- legs must stay straight and parallel to ground in L-sit
- must start with arms in full extension and end with chin over bar
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
