Brian Pankey performed a four-object fountain pattern before completing 141 consecutive bounces of a golf ball on a rubber mallet while juggling two tennis balls with his other hand.

- must form fountain by juggling golf ball and mallet in one hand while juggling the two tennis balls in the other
- must seamlessly transition into bouncing golf ball on rubber mallet while juggling the two tennis balls in the other hand
- must complete at least eight catches before transitioning
