About

Otterup, Denmark / October 14, 2026

Daniel Nielsen of Otterup, Denmark, ran one hand up all 88 keys of a Casio digital piano in 6.63 seconds, filming with a phone in the other hand as it chased the run from the lowest key to the highest. A chromatic scale plays every white and black key in order, so that works out to about 13 notes per second. We checked the single continuous take against its audio, which climbs note by note from the bottom of the keyboard to the very top.
