Paul, thanks for the note re: string cheese. We've tweaked criteria to reflect that point. Also, awesome record!

    • United States Ian McGehee

You have no idea what he is saying NO IDEA!

  • England Paul (Pabs) Melia

"String" is actually a type of cheese as listed on Cheese.com so is allowed as it is different to the processed product ""Cheese Strings" http://www.cheese.com/Description.asp?Name=String

  • United States Rob Birdsong

Voting to deny this record. Listened many many times today and here 20 cheeses.

  • The Internet Lindsey Weber

Also, this record is NOT from memory -- correct? He is reading those cheeeses.

  • The Internet Lindsey Weber

Can you list the actual cheeses that you named here? Obviously it's hard to understand.

  • United States Danny Infinite

Cream Cheese isn't a processed cheese, String cheese is processed mozzarella cheese. Cheez Whiz isn't cheese at all.

  • Not sure what you mean by processed cheese aren't permitted. Hudson says "cream" in the video, as in cream cheese. Why is cream cheese ok, but string cheese isn't?

  • United States Daniel Nodal
