- reps must be consecutive and performed in a single sitting
- push-ups must be performed on a hard surface
- must hold a plank for duration of attempt
- both hands must remain on the floor for duration of attempt
- no one-arm resting allowed
- legs must remain straight
- knees are not allowed to bend or touch ground
- chest must touch ground on all reps with arms ending in full extension
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
