- must perform on a hard surface

- must start each push-up with body on ground then lift up with arms in full extension

- feet must be kept together with straight legs and body

- arms must be shoulder-width apart

- hands must be placed with palms flat down at least one foot above head

- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
