Led by Josh Berk, a total of 35 young adult authors read Touched by Cyn Balog at once. The record was set during the 2012 YA Festival at the Easton Area Public Library in Easton, Pennsylvania.

UCLA Healthy Lives After Cancer, led by Chrystel Murrieta, set a record by getting 49 young adults to say an inspirational message on video to other young adults facing cancer. The video includes a stuffed animal saying an encouraging message, who wasn’t included in the final count.

Ryan C. completed 87 gravity pulls with a standard yo-yo in one minute.

Brian Pankey completed 49 gravity pulls with a yo-yo in one minute while balancing on a rola bola.

Malachy Quinn displays physical agility and yo-yo mastery while setting a new world record for most revolutions while doing the splits. Quinn performed 122 consecutive revolutions. The record was set on August 9, 2008 at the International Yo-Yo Open in New York City. Quinn used a YoYoFactory eight8eight yo-yo and HighLights Type6 yo-yo string. At the Zappos.com Bay to Breakers road race in San Francisco, California, Eric Becker set a world record for Most Zappos Delivery Boxes Held At Once.
