Family World Records

Kevin brought his kids Preston and McKenna on a family road trip lasting 17 days. The trip started on June 29, 2013 and ended on July 15, 2013. They drove 6,950 miles in a Honda CRV, all the way across the United States, during their annual summer vacation. Attractions the family visited include the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Ohio, the Willis Tower and SkyDeck in Chicago, Mt. Rushmore in South Dakota, Yellowstone National Park in Las Vegas, and Hollywood, California.

Tracy and Ashley McIntyre completed a coast-to-coast motorcycle ride across the United States in 104 hours and 52 minutes, traveling from Jacksonville, Florida, to San Diego, California, between July 19 and 23, 2026. Each rode a separate motorcycle: Ashley on a CFMOTO 300SS and Tracy on a CFMOTO 800NK. Their journey video follows the father-daughter pair from the Florida beach through roadside stops across the southern United States to the water's edge in San Diego. The trip continued a family tradition: Tracy completed a RecordSetter-recognized coast-to-coast ride with his son Mathew and father Gene in 2010.

Mathew McIntyre (14), his father Tracy McIntyre (40), and his Grandfather Gene McIntyre (70) rode individual motorcycles across America, from the Atlantic Ocean, off the Jacksonville, Florida Beach to the Pacific Ocean at the San Diego, California Beach. Their whole journey was completed in 102.5 hours.

Eli Rollman and his family read Dr. Seuss’s "There’s A Wocket In My Pocket" in one minute, 44.89 seconds during a stop on the RecordSetter Book tour.

Groupon Japan and the Japan Dog Yoga Society organized a dog yoga event participated by 136 dogs and their owners. The event was led by Society founder, Ms. Noriko Onuma. They set the record at Toshimaen Theme Park in Tokyo to celebrate their annual family week. Read more about the feat here.

Julia and her two sisters performed a "shhh" relay for two minutes, 42.20 seconds.

This record was set as part of Toyota Prius Records, a two-day event streamed live on the Internet. In a 48-hour period, URDB officials adjudicated 200 Prius-related world records. This was the most records ever documented in a 48-hour window, a world record in and of itself. The event took place in Los Angeles, California on March 30th and 31st, 2011. Clare Brooks and 28 of her family members sang the Penguin campfire song. They set the record for her older sister's 30th birthday at their summer family vacation in Door County, Wisconsin.
