Clint Poore raw bench pressed one board weighing 480 pounds. Clint's body weight at the time of the attempt was 233 pounds.

JJ rounded the bases in 45.69 seconds in a wheelchair while juggling two basketballs. He set the record to encourage and inspire wheelchair athletes to become record setters.

Led by Mark Lammas, members of Athletic Performance Training facility in Bromsgrove, UK performed kettlebell swing exercises for three hours and 40 minutes. The team swung over one million times collectively or 1,028,434 pounds during the entire attempt. They set the record to raise funds to help wheelchair athlete Lauren Rowles.

Jason F. performed a 20-yard Pro Agility Shuttle in 4.05 seconds.
