Ildar Alyautdinov, Deputy Chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Russian Federation (DUM RF), performed the canonical editorial review of a 1,490-verse Russian-language Quran translation. His pass aligned each verse with the received Hafs 'an 'Asim recitation, unified Islamic legal and doctrinal terminology across all five volumes, and certified the text's doctrinal compliance with the Sunni Hanafi tradition. The DUM RF endorsement that followed the translation was attached to his canonical authority.
