About

Los Angeles, California, United States / June 10, 2026

Mercy H held a one-armed backbend for 2 minutes, 2 seconds, taking a record that had stood since 2019 and beating Kelly B.'s 1:38.94 by 23.06 seconds. She is the first person to hold the position past two minutes, after Lexi G.'s 1:26.84 in 2015 and Kelly B.'s mark four years later. A one-armed backbend is a bridge with only one hand on the floor, so a single arm and shoulder carry weight that a bridge normally splits between two. Her video runs 124 seconds continuously, with the 122-second hold occupying all but the first and last moments.
