About

Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan / October 31, 2026

Hanzala Nazir, 16, introduces his library in Faisalabad, Pakistan, then has a cameraman walk the room shelf by shelf: hardbound Islamic books in Arabic and Urdu, many in multi-volume sets, packed floor to ceiling on every wall. The total of 2,150 books is Hanzala's own count, with each distinct title or volume counted once, and the video tour shows a collection consistent with it. Few teenagers can say their bookshelves need a guided tour.
