Brian Pankey completed 50 Mills Mess patterns while juggling three clubs in one minute. He completed a total of 51 but the last attempt did not fall inside the one minute mark.

- must use three juggling clubs
- must consecutively juggle in a Mills Mess pattern throughout the entire minute with no drops allowed
- any Mills Mess patterns completed outside the minute mark will not count
- time starts once the first Mills Mess pattern starts
