- bounces and juggling must be performed in time with a metronome
- attempt must be performed while seated
- bounces must be consecutive
- each ball must bounce off of floor during pattern
- must provide video evidence

      Yes. Types to consider are silicone, odd & turbo for "actual" juggling balls. Also cheaper versions are lacrosse, racquet & tennis balls. Hit me if you've got more questions.
