Emily doing a 3 club reverse cascade is 28.57% more difficult than a regular 3 club cascade. How I came up with this is I did a reverse in time above 6.97 & did a regular cascade for 25 catches in 5.01 seconds rounding off to 5 seconds that is a 2 second difference between each record 2.0 divided by rounding off to 7 seconds is .2857 making it 28% more difficult.

Is that your catch phrase - I hate when people go on this site just to insult me because they think it's cool

I have a video doing it in 7 seconds but won't submit it since I'm retired. I have 100's of videos that I won't submit that I done last month.

Is "Reverse Cascade Pattern" more difficult then regular catching? Looks it!
