Rules

- hurdle must measure at least three feet high
- attempt must last exactly 30 seconds
- challenger must jump from a standing position; no running start or approach steps are permitted
- each counted jump must clear the hurdle cleanly without knocking it over or receiving physical assistance
- both the hurdle and challenger must remain visible throughout the attempt so every successful clearance can be counted
- must provide continuous video evidence of the full attempt, including the timer or an otherwise clear 30-second review window
