I came up with heel spinning on accident. I just swung my arms around and ended up spinning on my heels. I thought it was cool and did a lot more spins. I ended up making 720 degrees. The next day I did more spins on my heel. Now I practice a lot and Haven't looked back since. I searched the internet curious to find out what the world record for heel spins are but I was surprised to find out there was no such thing!! I just invented a new thing!! It would be cool to have a world record!!
