Vetter, who invented the concept and baked the cupcakes they used, stipulated at least 1/3 of the kebab be made of cupcakes. Cynthia Kueppers and Dave Bredesen built a carrot cake 18" in height, a new world record. When complete, the cake had 21 layers.
