Cynthia Kueppers and Dave Bredesen built a carrot cake 18" in height, a
new world record. When complete, the cake had 21 layers.
The duo built the oversized dessert on May 20, 2009 at a World Record
Appreciation Society event in New York City. When they were finished
creating it, hungry audience members ate the entire thing. Dan Rollman
and Corey Henderson were present as witnesses.
