Most Shanshenbu (Flash Steps) in One Minute

Yanhao Deng Normal Moneybox Den

Yanhao Deng of Chenzhou, Hunan, performed 58 shanshenbu, the quick sideways flash step from Anhui's Huagudeng folk dance, in one minute, barefoot on a bed at home. Each step sweeps both arms to one side, shoots the same foot out sideways and snaps back to standing at attention, alternating left and right. A phone countdown on the desk stays in view for the whole unedited video, and RecordSetter counted every step frame by frame between the countdown reaching one minute and zero. That is nearly one flash a second.
