The top of the parachute was 15 feet above ground level when timing began, and the clock stopped when the box made contact with the floor. Rescigno set the record on April 4, 2009 at the first annual Brooklyn World Record Day in Brooklyn, New York. The event was held by URDB in conjunction with Beam Camp.
