I would say or posit that a subliminal message is one that is definitely noticeable if it is shown to the person where to look, but presented in such a manner that most people will not even notice the message.

Akin to find the words in a word find - the words are there, its just not obvious. So I would go further as to say my subliminal messages at 0.9 seconds are slow enough for the eye, and brain to process, in HD thats about 29 frames/second - but the message takes a whole 25 frames (aprox.) that's about an equivelant to 1 frame a second , anything that is beyond 12 frames a second is undiscernable to the eye-brain connection. 1/12 of a second, the brain can no longer comprehend it, and thus renders it as motion. So I would say my messages are 12 times slower than necessary for the brain to be aware of the word - even if the mind is not.

What defines a subliminal message? I don't think this should be a record.
