As part of the Canada Day Festival in the Edmonton Collingwood Community, Darryl Learie put each of his hands into two latex party balloons and inflated them to 20 centimeters in diameter in two minutes and 31.4 seconds.

Rules

- must put hands into and inflate the balloons without assistance
- balloons must be inflated to at least 20 centimeters in diameter
- may not use a pump or mechanical assistance to inflate balloons
- must use standard latex party balloons
