Wes Turner made an “S” using sticky notes on someone else’s body in 12.56 seconds.

Stride’s setting 100 records in 100 days. At the end of 100 days, we’ll verify if you are the standing Record Holder. If you are, you’ll get $500 for each record you managed to hold with your guile, talent, and sheer will.

General caution and common sense required. We show the Stride Team at work, but recommend that these challenges be done at home.

- may use any sized sticky notes designed to be used as notepaper
- must attach notes one at a time
- must use 15 notes
- all pieces must touch each other and form an "S"
- must attempt record standing up
- if any notes fall off body in midst of attempt, must pick them up and reattach before attempt is complete
- may not use any adhesives beyond what's found naturally on backside of notes
- one person must attach all notes
- person on whose body the "S" is being made may not touch the notes, and must stand for duration of attempt

Joseph, we accepted this submission. We're comfortable that it's an "S"

  • United States Joseph Hughes

    really? thats not an "S"

  • United States Neil Moallem

Actually I just counted and you and your friends have complained on WAY more records than me so unless you have a degree in psychology, you don't know what I think or do, so don't tell me that you do

  • Canada Dan Rollman

Great effort, but rules clearly state "must attempt record standing up."

  • Canada Dan Rollman

Joseph Again, nice attempt, but this does not look like an "S". See the current record holder as reference for what's acceptable.

  • United States Dustin James

Neil your the first to complain on everyones records.. Even Benjamin Gross said that too.. so we all know you read the rules.

  • Canada Dan Rollman

This video display obvious evidence of rules being broken with the use of additional adhesive and has been denied. Cheating is pathetic.

Dustin I did the jumping rope with sticky notes a long time ago, they're even a completely different brand of sticky notes, you can tell by the color. Every time I attempted this record I've used tape because I honestly didn't know that it wasn't allowed. You can look at all of my jumping rope with sticky notes videos and see that there is no tape

  • United States Dustin James

Also, he has attempted this before.. Neil knew the rules.. I hope you dont buy this

  • United States Dustin James

I could have easily taped on some sticky notes and gone 15 minutes and it would have looked like normal sticky notes.. I really dont think you guys should be leaving the jump rope with sticky notes attemp up

  • United States Dustin James

Dan.. "We had no idea"??? Neil has showed clearly (by complaining on others) that he knows what they rules are. If he used extra adhesive here, Why wouldnt he have on the jumo rope one?? This is his secong time cheating. Also the nose hair? I really dont think he would use tape on these and then not on his jump rope one.

  • United States Neil Moallem

Sorry Dan I guess we didn't read the criteria well because I had no clue that tape wasn't allowed. Honest mistake. We tried this last minute and we were so rushed that we didn't even read the rules through

  • United States Rob Birdsong

Ben - we cant even see you perform this. From here it looks like your post-its #8 and #9 were attached before going on to the back. Please adjust your camera angle.

Joseph Nice attempt, but this does not look like an "S". See the current record holder as reference for what's acceptable.

  • United States Joseph Hughes

come on, that's totally an "S". we both know i'll just redo the record and eventually hold it. hahaha

  • United States Rob Birdsong

Joseph and Neil, the record is to make an "S" not a lowercase "j" - DENIED

  • United States Rob Birdsong

Tim - your attempt was denied because you used 14 notes instead of 15

  • The Internet Tim Elias

    didnt even realize that thanks

  • The Internet Tim Elias

rob why was mine denied exactly?

  • United States Rob Birdsong

You guys, this video is too busy, its impossible to tell once the feat ends because the timer is in the way. We'll take care of the timing, you take care of setting the record in a quiet, well-lit room with steady cameraman.

  • The Internet Rob Birdsong

This was DENIED because only 14 notes were used and the criteria explicitly states you must use 15.
