Jose Manuel Martin Molina did 60 consecutive decline push-ups with his fingers locked together in his living room in Ayamonte, Spain. With his feet up on a sofa seat he measured at 43 cm (about 17 inches) and his clasped hands on the floor, he lowers his chest to his hands and presses back to straight arms on every rep, resting on straight arms between sets. The video is one continuous take from setup until he finally sinks to the floor, and our own count matches his 60, all done in about a minute and a half.
