Vito O. made a successful basketball blind shot from 25 feet away while juggling three basketballs in a cascade pattern.

- basketballs must be regulation men's basketballs (29.5 inches)
- basket must be at regulation height (10 ft.) and diameter (18 inches)
- must juggle basketballs in a three ball cascade before making shot
- must provide video evidence
