Wedding World Records  

Corey and Autumn Pottratz got married in six minutes and 36 seconds, a new world record. Their ceremony was cut short due to rain. The record was set on July 7, 2007 in Westminster, Colorado. Laura Huffman was present as a witness.

Jake Bronstein began a whisper chain that successfully passed through 59 people, a new world record. With his girlfriend Kristina Hoge completely unaware of the plan, Bronstein sent the message “Kristina, will you marry me?” around a roomful of strangers. After the proposal passed through 59 people, a random stranger whispered the message in the ear of a completely shocked Hoge. She accepted onstage in front of a jubilant, tearful crowd. Laura Tolley had 103 bridesmaids for her wedding to Fred Brown. The bridal party consisted of 90 women and 13 men, all wearing dresses. Tolley’s original intent was to be recognized by Guinness World Records[], but they denied her submission on grounds that the bridesmaids didn’t have matching dresses.

William Forrest participated as a ring bearer in his grandson's wedding ceremony. He is 91 years old.
