Neal Breeden performed a scuba dive in cold water 62.5 meters deep. Breeden suffered a stroke following medical complications on November 2008. He recovered and spent three years training in scuba diving. He made the record attempt on June 2015 with his friend and instructor. James Neal scuba dived in cold water 64.2 meters deep. Neal suffered a subarachnoid hemorrage following the rupture and bleed of an undiagnosed aneurysm in December of 2013. He recovered and was certified Fit to Dive at the end of July 2014. The record attempt was made 10 months after returning to diving in June 2015. At the Zappos.com Bay to Breakers road race in San Francisco, California, Alaa Alawi set a world record for Most Cups Of Water Given To Runners In Five Minutes.
