A few hundred children and parents participated in this World Record attempt on Sunday, May 18, 2014 in Central Park, Rancho Santa Margarita California. Tickets were sold leading up to the event for participation, with all proceeds benefiting the sponsored school, Mission Hills Christian School. Participants were able to re-enter and slide as many times as they desired. City officials and sheriff's department all came to support the event, and participate! It was a fun-filled, family friendly afternoon.
