Rules

- must begin with a full, six fluid ounce pouch of Capri Sun
- must show pouch is unopened and not leaking at the start of attempt
- must use straw packaged with Capri Sun
- evidence must show record setter inserting the straw into the pouch
- must remove straw and turn pouch upside-down to show the pouch is empty after the attempt
- must drink all Capri Sun; no spitting or dribbling permitted
- must provide video evidence
