Rules

- must use standard A4 printer paper
- card stock not permitted
- paper must be flat; must not crease or roll paper
- must not weigh paper down in any way
- paper must balance on one finger only
- paper may not touch anything but the end of the index finger
- must only use one hand once record starts
- must perform attempt indoors
- must observe RecordSetter balancing criteria
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
