- free hand must be behind back and above the belt/waist line
- must remain balanced on just one elbow and feet
- must attempt record on a concrete surface
- may use one sheet of sandpaper per hand for stabilization
- must show proof of weight
- must observe RecordSetter balancing criteria for weights
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence

The Sheep Yards is a place on the Opal Fields the nearest town is about 85 kilometres away. This attempt was done left handed because the right elbow was injured in an earlier attempt. My left side is the side most affected by Parkinsons so i'm stoked with what i did!!!
